"From the first contact we had a very transparent dialogue with Carl (Carl Johnson). By the morning of the hearing we were all comfortable and fully conversant with what we were dealing with."

What our clients say

"A brilliant service that not only dealt with my situation but also put me at ease. Thank you."

“I am a registered Chiropractor and I was unfortunate enough to be unwittingly caught up in a group disciplinary action by the Chiropractor’s regulatory body, the General Chiropractic Council, concerning website advertising.

“I felt that I was a wholly innocent party but my business was threatened and I was put through a great deal of heartache as a result.

“Initially I tried to deal with the disciplinary proceedings without legal support and I found the whole process very stressful.

“Then I discovered that there was legal expenses cover provided by ARAG legal expenses insurance attached to my household insurance policy. I contacted ARAG and they referred me to Stephensons Solicitors LLP, their panel solicitors.

“The defence of the disciplinary action was taken over by Andrew Welch, a partner at Stephensons, and immediately I felt a great weight lifted off my shoulders. Stephensons gave me clear, practical support and assistance. They ably defended me in the disciplinary proceedings with the result that I was completely exonerated. I cannot praise them highly enough.

“For nearly a year, they were on hand whenever I needed them and they presented my defence in a way that gave me every confidence. The service I received was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any professional or any other person who got into difficulty with their regulatory body.

“I would also like to pay tribute to ARAG who processed my claim for legal support positively and met my legal fees in full.

"The assistance of Stephensons and ARAG made a very difficult time bearable. As a result, I got exactly the outcome I needed for which I am extremely grateful.”
