As its name suggests, Boost is all about giving our employees a helping hand day in, day out. Boost can be accessed by employees online from a computer or mobile phone, at any time, and offers everything from big brand discounts and rewards to useful interactive guides on a range of physical, mental and financial health matters, as well as much, much more.
Boost offers a wide variety of discounts across big name brands that you can use both in-store and online. Retailers involved include ASOS, ASDA, Tesco, Topshop, iTunes and many, many more. Discounts and special offers are also available in other areas with savings to be had on nights out, holidays, insurance, restaurants and more.
Boost also provides access to a range of physical, mental and financial health support and education tools to help you every day, at home or at work. Whether you need some extra support in managing your finances or you’re looking for expert guidance on improving your diet or exercise regime, Boost can help. The service also includes an Employee Assistance Programme, a free, confidential phone line providing counselling services for a range of issues.
Recognising the hard work and dedication of staff is important to us here at Stephensons. Through our Boost portal, we can acknowledge and reward an achievement, a work or personal milestone, by sending a range of eCards to team members as well as provide something a little more public by posting on our social recognition wall. Sometimes a small gesture such as this can make the world of difference to someone’s day.
