Stephensons Solicitors LLP has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency's (GCA) Legal Panel for Public Sector (RM6374) framework, securing a place on Lot 6 for Costs Lawyer Services. The appointment enables public sector organisations to access Stephensons' specialist costs law expertise through a compliant procurement route.

Through Lot 6, Stephensons will provide both routine and complex costs litigation services, delivered in accordance with all relevant court and tribunal rules and procedures. Services can be provided in the Senior Courts Costs Office, the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, regional County Courts, Magistrates' and Crown Courts, First-tier and Upper Tribunals, as well as through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Joint Settlement Meetings (JSMs).
The firm can also support matters involving litigants in person, transferred cases, and those requiring counsel instructions and direct representation at hearings. Stephensons' specialist team is able to undertake all stages of costs law practice, helping public sector organisations manage costs disputes efficiently and effectively.
