Junior Fee Earner

Rachel joined Stephensons in April 2015 as a call handler in the firm's customer service centre and joined the Wills and probate department in 2017 as a new business advisor before becoming a paralegal.

Rachel progressed to become a junior Court of Protection fee earner in 2021 and continues to assist solicitors in the department, particularly with Court of Protection professional deputyships. Rachel also assists with Will writing and administration of estates.

Rachel is a part of the out of hour’s legal advice line and assists with new enquiries coming into the firm. Rachel is happy to be contacted to discuss how the firm can assist with any probate or Court of Protection deputyship matter.

Rachel is currently an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is working towards further qualifications. Rachel is supervised by Jill Rushton who manages the Wills and probate department.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys walking her dogs, reading and spending time with friends and family.
