Biography
Jack leads the helpline team based in our customer service centre. He joined Stephensons in 2021.
Jack’s team operates a legal helpline service on behalf of legal expense insurers, affinity groups and trade unions. Our helpline advisors provide general legal advice and practical guidance to clients under the terms of their policies. They also advise on funding options and assist with legal expense insurance claims where appropriate.
Jack is experienced providing general advice to landlords, SMEs and owner-managed businesses on a wide range of commercial and dispute resolution matters, including:
- Business sales and purchases
- Commercial contract disputes
- Consumer disputes
- Debt recovery
- Director/shareholder disputes
- Employment law and tribunals
- Housing disrepair
- Land and neighbour disputes
- Landlord and tenant litigation
- Possession proceedings
- Restrictive covenants post-employment
In 2025, Jack graduated from the University of Salford with a first-class degree in law.
