Biography
Jack leads the helpline team based in our customer service centre. He joined Stephensons in 2021.
Jack’s team operates a 24/7 legal helpline service on behalf of legal expenses insurers, affinity groups and trade unions. Our advisors provide practical guidance and signposted advice to clients under the terms of their policies. They also advise on funding options and assist with legal expenses insurance claims where appropriate.
Jack has previously worked in the commercial and dispute resolution department at Stephensons. He can assist with a variety of matters including:
- Landlord and tenant litigation
- Possession proceedings
- Housing disrepair
- Commercial contract disputes
- Consumer disputes
- Debt recovery
- Breaches of restrictive covenant
- General civil litigation
- Company law
- Employment law and tribunals
Alongside his work at Stephensons, Jack has studied at the University of Salford and is soon to graduate with a first-class degree in law.
Jack is supervised by Julie Butler and Joanne McKay.
