National law firm Stephensons has strengthened its legal team with the qualification of four new solicitors, following the successful completion of their respective routes to qualification.
The newly qualified solicitors join the firm's personal injury, regulatory, family and commercial & dispute resolution teams, reflecting Stephensons' continued investment in developing legal talent across the business.
Millie Wilde has qualified as a solicitor in the firm's personal injury department. Millie joined Stephensons in July 2022 after graduating from the University of Salford and completing her LPC. She became a trainee solicitor in October 2024 and qualified as a solicitor in October 2026. Since joining Stephensons, Millie has worked closely alongside the firm's serious injury specialists, assisting with complex multi-track personal injury matters and high-value Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) claims. She now works with her own clients who have suffered injuries as a result of accidents at work or in public places. Millie is known for establishing a great rapport with her clients, making them feel at ease and helping to secure the best possible outcomes.
Meerab Mazhar has qualified as a solicitor in the firm's family law department. Meerab graduated from the University of Manchester with an upper second-class LLB degree. She commenced the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in September 2021 and joined Stephensons as a paralegal in the family department in July 2022 while continuing her studies. Meerab qualified as a solicitor in October 2026 and her role will see her focus on private and public children cases.
Kruti Vyas has qualified as a solicitor in Stephensons' regulatory team. Kruti has a first-class honours degree in law from the University of Central Lancashire and a master's degree in legal practice from the University of Law. She joined Stephensons in May 2023 as a graduate paralegal within the employment and discrimination team. She subsequently completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route in 2025 before qualifying as a solicitor in September 2026. In her role, Kruti specialises in representing individuals and businesses across a range of regulatory areas including professional discipline, CQC and Ofsted regulation, inquests and regulatory defence.
Aaron O'Brien has qualified as a solicitor in the firm's commercial and dispute resolution team. He graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in law with social policy and spent a year studying in China as part of his programme.
Aaron joined Stephensons in 2023 as a graduate paralegal before starting his training contract in 2024. He qualified as a solicitor in September 2026. Working under the supervision of Louise Hebborn, Aaron has gained experience across commercial litigation, business recovery, commercial law and insolvency matters. In his role, he is looking forward to continuing to develop his expertise, with a particular focus on advising buyers and sellers on mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations and restructurings, drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, and advising on employee share ownership schemes.
Louise Griffiths, Partner and Training Principal at Stephensons, said:
"We are delighted to congratulate Millie, Kruti, Meerab and Aaron on their qualification.
They have each shown a strong commitment to their development on their individual routes to qualification and have already made a valuable contribution to the firm and our clients.
At Stephensons, we are proud to support a range of routes into the profession, recognising that there is no single path to becoming a solicitor. It is particularly rewarding to see all four colleagues progress into qualified roles, and we look forward to supporting them as they continue to build their careers with the firm."
The four newly qualified solicitors will continue to advise clients across their respective practice areas, further strengthening Stephensons' expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to clients across the UK.
