Millie Wilde

Biography

Millie is a solicitor in the firm's personal injury team.

Millie graduated from the University of Salford with a First Class Honours degree before completing her LPC and Master's degree, achieving a commendation. She joined Stephensons in July 2022 and qualified as a solicitor following the successful completion of her training contract.

Millie manages her own caseload of employer's liability and public liability claims, acting for clients who have suffered injuries in a wide range of circumstances. She is experienced in handling claims from initial instruction through to settlement, guiding clients through every stage of the claims process and ensuring they receive clear, practical advice throughout.

Alongside her own caseload, Millie continues to work closely with senior solicitors on complex, high-value multi-track matters, assisting with the progression of serious injury claims. This includes reviewing and analysing medical and documentary evidence, preparing witness statements, liaising with medical experts and barristers and supporting the management of cases involving significant injuries and complex liability issues.

Millie has extensive experience in obtaining and assessing medical evidence, collating financial loss documentation, drafting court documents, and engaging with defendants and insurers to progress claims efficiently. She is also experienced in attending court hearings and conferences, ensuring matters are advanced effectively and clients' interests are protected throughout.

Known for her approachable manner and attention to detail, Millie is committed to delivering excellent client care and providing tailored support to individuals navigating what can often be a difficult and stressful time in their lives.

Outside of her casework, Millie regularly contributes to the firm's online presence by writing articles and blogs on a range of personal injury topics, helping to provide practical legal insights and guidance to a wider audience.
