Kruti Vyas

Kruti is a solicitor in the regulatory department, specialising in the representation of individuals and businesses across a range of regulatory areas including professional discipline, CQC and Ofsted regulation, inquests and regulatory defence.

Kruti has a first-class honours degree in law from the University of Lancashire and a master’s degree in legal practice from the University of Law.

Kruti joined Stephensons in May 2023, as a graduate paralegal within the employment and discrimination Team. Thereafter, she completed her studies for the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE) in 2025, before qualifying as a solicitor in September 2026.

Kruti is also a qualified yoga instructor and completed her 200 hours teacher training course with the Aum Ashram, San Antonio, Texas, United States.

Professional discipline

Kruti advises a wide range of professionals across multiple sectors in matters involving their regulators. She supports clients through fitness to practise proceedings from the initial referral and investigation stages, interim order hearings, and final fitness to practise panel hearings, through to sanction reviews.

Regulatory defence

Kruti is part of the regulatory defence team, acting for commercial and professional clients across a range of sectors. She advises on matters relating to licensing compliance and enforcement, food safety and hygiene investigations, and health and safety investments and prosecutions.

Ofsted, CQC and CIW regulation

Kruti supports registered providers and managers facing enforcement action by the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Ofsted), the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). She also assists in challenging inspection reports, ratings and gradings, as well as formal complaints and requests for internal reviews.
