“Stephensons took over my case from another firm of solicitors which had decided to change the types of work they undertook. At that time my case had advanced to the stage where court proceedings had been instigated, and time sensitive actions had to be implemented. Despite the urgency of the situation, Stephensons’ solicitors and support staff, quickly apprised themselves of the case status and took immediate action to minimise any delays in progressing the required court actions. By agreeing to the use of e-mail, information exchange between us took place with minimum delay. Telephone communication from Stephensons was always courteous and understanding. "Over recent months we have been concerned as to the behaviour of our new neighbours, in particular their attempt to demolish and build a rear extension without planning, regulations or respect to the Party Wall Act.
