Our public law team have been involved in a number of high profile cases involving prisoners’ rights over the last 20 years and have pursued actions all the way to the European Court of Human Rights.

The team are able to offer a premium prison law advice and representation service to clients on a privately funded basis. Mike Pemberton has represented celebrity and sports personality clients who have faced imprisonment and has offered timely advice and guidance on issues including representation at parole hearings.
