To call upon God or something sacred to witness that what a person says is the truth.
Occupation order
An order of the court controlling the occupation of a property.

A solicitor or barrister appointed by the Lord Chancellor to represent people who are incapable of looking after their own affairs i.e. children or persons suffering from mental incapacity.
