Biography
Victoria is a senior associate solicitor and a member of the family law department based in our Manchester office. Victoria specialises in the law relating to children and is a member of the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation scheme.
Qualifying as a solicitor in 2014, Victoria completed her law degree at The University of Liverpool and obtained her postgraduate degree in legal practice at the College of Law Manchester. Victoria has significant experience in dealing with family cases; including care proceedings.
Victoria specialises in complex care proceedings and has significant experience acting for local authorities, children, parents and wider family members. Victoria has substantial experience in dealing with matters where there are issues relating to non-accidental injury, sexual abuse, deprivation of liberty, domestic abuse and drug and alcohol abuse.
Victoria joined the family team directly from a local authority and has previously been employed in private practice undertaking a full range of family work including public and private law children matters, divorce and protection from harm work, meaning that Victoria approaches cases in a holistic manner.
Victoria conducts her own advocacy and has represented clients in court throughout the North West; to ensure that those people she is working with have continuity of representation.

Victoria enjoys keeping fit in her spare time and participating in Hyrox competitions; including at the World Championships 2025.
