Victoria Melluish

Biography 

Victoria is a senior associate solicitor and a member of the family law department based in our Manchester office.

Qualifying as a solicitor in 2014, Victoria completed her law degree at The University of Liverpool and obtained her postgraduate degree in legal practice at the College of Law Manchester. Victoria has in excess of 6 years’ experience in dealing with family cases; including care proceedings.

Victoria specialises in complex care proceedings and has significant experience acting for local authorities, parents and family members. Victoria joined the family team directly from a local authority and has previously been employed in private practice undertaking a full range of family work including public and private law children matters, divorce and protection from harm work.

Victoria conducts her own advocacy and has represented clients in court throughout the North West.
