

Sarah Boustouller
Biography
Sarah is a commercially focused Marketing Director and Partner with over twenty years of experience in legal marketing and communications. She leads a high-performing in-house team of five and manages a network of trusted suppliers to deliver strategic, multi-channel campaigns that support the firm’s growth, reputation, and client engagement.
Sarah is responsible for planning and delivering marketing campaigns that incorporate emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance effectiveness and insight. She reports directly to the board, providing strategic updates and performance analysis that inform firm-wide decision-making.
She chairs both the Brand Forum and the Social Value Forum, ensuring that Stephensons’ brand is consistently represented and that its community contributions are intentional and measurable. Sarah is also a member of the firm’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, contributing to initiatives that foster a more inclusive and supportive workplace.
In 2025, Sarah led Stephensons’ engagement with the Sunday Times Best Places to Work initiative, which resulted in the firm being named among the top 115 best places to work in the “Big Organisation” category—an achievement that reflects the firm’s commitment to employee wellbeing and workplace culture. Under her leadership, the marketing team was also shortlisted in the Prolific North Awards for Best In-House Marketing Team, recognising their creativity, collaboration, and impact.
Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing, a globally recognised qualification. She graduated with first class honours in Management Science and Business Administration from the University of Reading and became Chartered Institute of Marketing qualified shortly after. Her career has included roles in the telecommunications sector in the South of England and with a leading accountancy group in the North West.
Sarah enjoys writing and speaking about marketing innovation and has previously presented at the 360 Legal Group Conference and Legal Futures.
Outside of her role at Stephensons, Sarah is a trustee of the UKH Foundation, a charity that supports organisations based in the North West of England which improve the health and mental wellbeing of local communities.
