Biography

Rebecca is a senior associate solicitor based in the firm’s discrimination department. Rebecca graduated from the University of Central Lancashire where she obtained an Undergraduate Masters in Law. Rebecca qualified into the discrimination department in March 2018 and is supervised by Maria Chadwick.

Rebecca is frequently instructed to represent both claimants and defendants in claims brought under the Equality Act 2010, in both the Employment Tribunal and County Court.

• Advising both claimants and defendants on their obligations under the Equality Act 2010 in order to prevent a claim/further legal action
• Assisting with bringing claims under the Equality Act 2010 for claimants
• Assisting with defending claims under the Equality Act 2010 for defendants

• Advising and assisting both claimants and defendants on a wide range of employment and civil matters
• Dealing with both civil and employment litigation and dispute resolution

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys travelling, playing netball and spending time with friends and family.
