Natalie Penman


Natalie Penman joined Stephensons in 2015, and began working in the residential conveyancing department as a new business advisor, which involved dealing with the taking new instructions.

Natalie progressed within the department and started her current role as a conveyancing paralegal in 2016. She is supervised by Natalie Bradley, who is the head of the department.

Prior to starting at Stephensons in 2011, Natalie graduated with a second class honours degree in law at the University of Central Lancashire, and shortly after studied the legal practice course, achieving a merit grade in 2013.

Natalie assists the solicitors and conveyancers within the conveyancing department with residential sale and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, as well as transfer and remortgage transactions.
