Biography
Nicola is a trainee solicitor in the family department.
Nicola began her career at Stephensons in December 2020 as a paralegal within the family department. Before joining Stephensons, Nicola graduated from the University of Manchester with an upper second class LLB law degree. Nicola then went on to complete her legal practice course at the University of Law along with a masters degree.
Nicola commenced her training contract in October 2022 and is due to qualify as a solicitor in October 2024.
Nicola assists with various matters within the family law team. Nicola has particular experience dealing with child care work. In particular, where the local authority have become involved with a family, whether at pre-proceedings stage or court proceedings. Nicola has experience representing parents in pre-proceedings meetings.
Outside work, Nicola enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading and travelling to new places.
