Biography
Lucy is a graduate paralegal in the intervention team based in Wigan. She is supervised by Hayley Mercer.
Lucy joined the firm in August 2023 after graduating from the University of Liverpool with an upper second-class degree in law.
Lucy’s role within the team includes attending interventions, liaising with other departments across the firm and corresponding with clients via email and phone to answer any queries.
Whilst in her position, Lucy has also completed her training and acts as a mental health first aid volunteer across the firm. Lucy is trained to listen, non-judgmentally, and to help you access further support.
