Kelly Heyworth

Biography

Kelly has over 14 years of experience having completed her legal qualifications whilst working within the litigation team at a local practice. Kelly qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and after working for a large national litigation firm and specialist road transport firm, she joined Stephensons in December 2023 as a member of the dispute resolution team, specialising in commercial litigation.

Kelly advises on commercial disputes ranging from director/shareholder disputes, sales of goods, debt recovery and disputes with insurers due to refusal to indemnify to HM Revenue & Customs disputes, professional negligence claims and high value recoveries.

Kelly is experienced in acting for SMEs, national and international companies in a range commercial issues.
