MI & Process Manager and Senior Associate

Biography

Joanne joined Stephensons in 2003 having spent five years as a key member of a new business section at another practice. Initially, Joanne worked as a new business advisor within the Instruction Taking Unit. In 2004 Joanne was appointed manager of the team and developed the unit into a key department within the litigation team eventually building the department to a point where it was able to take instructions for other teams within the firm.

Joanne was appointed as a senior associate of the firm in 2010.

In 2013 Joanne took on the role of QA Manager on a part time basis within the Customer Service Centre (CSC). Using her experience and expertise she was able to focus on making sure that our clients received a high quality service from the point of first contact with the firm.

In 2016 Joanne became MI & Process Manager again within the CSC. Joanne is responsible for producing management information for the CSC and the firm as a whole allowing key decisions to be made in order for Stephensons to continue to provide a high quality service to its clients.

Joanne’s main objectives have always been to create a seamless and supportive experience for our new clients and to ensure the availability and validity of key management information.
