Jade is an associate solicitor in the commercial/consumer department.
Joining Stephensons in 2022 from a Manchester-based firm where she had been acting on commercial disputes and non-contentious corporate matters, she has experience in a broad range of disputes across a wide range of industry sectors. Jade acts for national and international companies and individuals either bringing or defending claims.
Jade’s litigation specialisms include complex breach of contract disputes, director/shareholder disputes, claims for unfair prejudice, intellectual property disputes and applications under the Companies Act 2006.
Jade holds a Master’s in Legal Practice from the University of Law (2020) and is supervised by Julie Hunter and Louise Hebborn.

Jade has recently had success in securing settlement at mediation in a claim for Unfair Prejudice.
Acting for a fostering agency in a commercial contract dispute defending a debt claim. The case settled following a referral to mediation.
Acting for a national vehicle hire company in a claim for breach of contract and unpaid invoices. Judgment and costs were awarded in our client’s favour following a hearing in the County Court.
Advising a patient transport service provider in a dispute with a large NHS trust. The dispute settled prior to the commencement of legal proceedings.
