Holly Duncanson

Trainee Solicitor

Holly joined Stephensons in the summer of 2021 in the firm's commercial property department as a graduate paralegal.

Prior to starting at Stephensons, Holly studied for a masters degree in law at Huddersfield University. The third and fourth year of the LLB course was integrated with the legal practice course (LPC) programme. She achieved a first-class bachelor of law with honours LLB degree and successfully passed the LPC.

In May 2022, Holly commenced her two year training contract within the commercial property department and is due to qualify as a solicitor in May 2024. She is supervised by David Baybut who is the head of the department.

During her time in the commercial property department, Holly has assisted on a varied case load working with housing associations on right to buy and right to acquire transactions, private clients and landlords and tenants. Holly is enjoying her time training as a solicitor and learning new areas of property law.

In her free time Holly enjoys travelling, dog walks and going to the gym.
