Biography
Holly joined Stephensons in 2021 working in the commercial property team. Holly completed training in commercial property and commercial litigation before securing a newly qualified solicitor position in our commercial property team in November 2023.
Holly completed the Masters of Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2021 at the University of Huddersfield, securing a First Class Law Degree and successfully passed the LPC.
Holly undertakes a wide range of property work including commercial acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, acting for property developers, landlord and tenant work, and dealing with registered providers of social housing with Right to Buy/Right to Acquire.
