Senior Associate and Payroll Executive
Biography
Carrie joined Stephensons in November 2013 to take up the role of HR admin assistant, having previously worked for the Department of Work and Pensions for eight years.
At that time, the HR department was responsible for processing the payroll and Carrie took a keen interest in developing her payroll knowledge.
In 2017, Carrie took up the role of payroll assistant when payroll was moved from HR to the accounts department.
In March 2021 she became an associate member of the Charted Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) and in May 2021 was promoted to payroll executive. In 2023 she was appointed a senior associate.
Carrie’s expertise is in all things related to payroll, including the tax implications of expenses and benefits and pensions.
During her spare time she enjoys being with family and taking her two dogs, Ghost and Shadow, for walks.
