"I just wanted to share my experience of one of your team, Chloe Parish, who has represented me in an HCPC investigation. I came into the process having had a bad experience... so was anxious and already jaded. Chloe restored my faith! She worked proficiently and tirelessly to support me and represent me to the best of her ability. She was polite, professional, knowledgeable and honest. She answered all my queries promptly and clearly making me feel calm and contained in a very difficult time. When writing the response she helped include my thoughts and wishes, making me feel heard, whilst also carefully steering me in a helpful direction with language and content. But most importantly for me, apart from the fact she is incredibly wholehearted and good at her job, she was kind and compassionate, appreciating that clients come into this process in a vulnerable and stressed state.

I have worked with many solicitors over the years but never any as impressive as Chloe, who has the perfect complement of skills needed in a solicitor." - View from a satisfied client

"My situation was very difficult and I enlisted the support from Stephensons later than I should have done. Should anyone have an issue with a regulatory body I would advise you contact Stephensons immediately. The whole team were kind and helpful. My solicitor Chloe Parish was fabulous. She provided sound legal advice that was clear to understand, professional, communicated quickly and responded to my worries and fears sensitively. Chloe and her team worked extremely hard, and got me through a very difficult period. The whole process was taken care of. The barrister Chloe selected was also brilliant, a good match for my case (and my personality) which also helped. My barrister was also impressed by how good my case preparation has been completed by Chloe. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service I received from Stephensons, and although costly, was competitive and was absolutely worth it. I got the best outcome possible! Which was over and above what I thought was possible. I would never have achieved the excellent result I obtained without them. Thank you once again to Chloe and Elizabeth!" - View from a satisfied client

"Perfect service. Consistent, quick responses via email and very thorough and easy to understand. During court, performance was better than faultless and the Barrister who was appointed (Ms Nutan Fatania of Charter Chambers) was spot on, very thorough, always emphasising the important bits and she even went the extra mile to make the result of my case that little bit better. All in all I’m very pleased with the service provided throughout from the get go. I would 100% recommend to anyone, and if I need solicitors again (hopefully not) I will be coming back!" - View from a satisfied client
