North West law firm, Stephensons Solicitors LLP, has completed a merger with niche corporate and commercial firm, Page & Co Solicitors of Hale.
The merger will significantly boost the corporate and commercial offering to Stephensons’ clients. Page & Co clients will now enjoy access to a much wider range of services.
Andrew Page has been a sole practitioner for the last five and a half years and has acted for a wide range of North West businesses. Before that, he was a corporate partner at Brabners Chaffe Street in Manchester. He will now be based at Middlebrook, home to Stephensons’ Commercial department.
Stephensons is a full service law firm with eight offices across Altrincham, Bolton, Middlebrook, St Helens, Leigh, Manchester and Wigan. The firm is going through an expansion period, having merged with Dobsons in Altrincham in May 2012.
