Stephensons is delighted to announce two free seminars to be held in partnership with Beever and Struthers, Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors, advising businesses and individuals on planning for the future to preserve wealth and ensure the right people benefit from their estates.

The seminar will advise anyone attending on the legal and financial arrangements they should be considering over their lifetimes.

This covers arrangements for buying a first home and setting up a business to protecting the interests of a business in case of a divorce, death or securing the financial future of any children.

The seminar advises on the major hurdles and changes individuals come across in their personal and professional lives in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50 and 60s.

Amanda Rimmer, Partner – Stephensons

Her main areas of work cover the complex situations of asset division and arrangements for children.

Andrew Leakey, Head of Dispute Resolution and Probate – Stephensons

Experienced civil litigator who manages the Dispute Resolution and Probate teams at Stephensons. His experience and knowledge enables him to provide advice on wills and probate, employment, consumer problems, inheritance disputes, boundary and access disputes, debt, housing and welfare.

Jill Rushton, Wills and Probate Solicitor – Stephensons

Her areas of specialism include High Net Worth Estates and Inheritance Tax, Wills and Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Powers of attorney, Court Protection and Trusts.

Louise Hebborn, Partner – Stephensons

She manages the commercial department and acts for businesses, SMEs, landlords, property investors, insolvency practitioners, local authorities and housing associations in both contentious and non-contentious commercial issues.

Jacquie Adams, Partner - Beever and Struthers

Jacquie has experience of advising clients on a range of corporate tax matters, specialising in tax planning issues and Research and Development opportunities for SMEs. She also leads our Payroll Department which provides businesses with a range of payroll services, from payroll processing to advice on benefits and dispensations.

Michael Parkin, Chartered Financial Planner - B&S Financial Management Limited

Michael has over 10 years’ experience in financial services. He holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and is a member of the Institute of Financial Planning. Michael specialises in pension planning, wealth and active advisory management as well as business and entrepreneurial services.
