A Stephensons clinical negligence specialist, has received a top endorsement from The Law Society, the representative body for solicitors in England and Wales.
Litigation solicitor, Tom Mooney has been awarded the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation in recognition of his exceptional expertise, skill and experience in securing compensation for victims of medical negligence. There are currently fewer than 400 accredited solicitors in England and Wales.
The accolade is designed to differentiate true experts in their field, acting as an established mark of excellence, allowing the public to make an informed choice when instructing a legal representative.
Stephensons’ clinical negligence department currently has five Law Society accredited clinical negligence specialists – among the highest in the UK.
Head of Clinical Negligence, Judith Thomas-Whittingham, said: “We would like to congratulate Tom on this significant achievement which is a reflection of the hard work and dedication exhibited in his care for clients.
“As one of the leading clinical negligence practices in the UK, we are constantly striving to offer the very best representation, improving upon our existing expertise and keeping abreast of the latest guidance and developments in the sector. The Law Society accreditation scheme is just one of the ways we are committed to providing the best service for our clients.”
