On his way back to his car, he slipped on a large piece of ice, causing him to fall backwards onto his back. When the client stood up, he noticed that he had pain in his neck and back.
The following day, the client attended hospital as the pain caused by his fall continued. The doctors advised that he had suffered whiplash injuries to his neck and shoulder and also soft tissue damage to his lower back. The client had to attend various physiotherapy sessions.
