Personal injury caused by fall at work - £1,500 settlement

Stephensons' personal injury solicitors were able to obtain a settlement of £1,500 after our client was left injured after suffering an accident at work.

At the time of the accident our client was working as a chef, for a number of months a fridge had been leaking in the kitchen, this had been reported to the employer on a number of occasions by various staff members however nothing had been done to rectify the situation.

On the day of the accident our client was walking past the fridge when they slipped on the leaking water causing a painful injury to their left arm and shoulder, this injury took up to 8 weeks to fully recover from.
