About the role
- Attending clients to provide advice and take instructions
- Draft and execute wills
- Drafting and preparing various legal documents relating to wills and probate
- Assisting fee earners in progressing cases

About you
- Law degree ideally 2:1 minimum
- LPC is desirable
- Some legal work experience is desirable
- Demonstrates an interest in the wills and probate legal field
- Ability to show empathy, be confident, patient and understanding
