Biography
Tim Galbraith is a Partner in the family department at Stephensons, based in the Manchester office. Tim has more than 15 years’ experience in dealing with family cases including care proceedings and has been a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel since 2010.
Tim specialises in complex care proceedings, acting for parents, family members, children and local authorities, private law children cases, acting for parents and children, adoption and child abduction cases.
Tim has experience in complicated non-accidental injury cases and cases involving international issues and was involved in the following cases:
