Stephanie Peppin-Daly
Associate Solicitor, Senior Cost Draftsperson and Team Leader
Stephanie began her career at Stephensons as a Team Leader in the Costings Team in 2019, having qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and working at several leading firms in the North West for over 15 years. Stephanie was appointed an Associate in 2020.
In her role as Team Leader, Stephanie manages a large team of staff as well as preparing all type of costs work for the Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Court of Protection and Commercial Departments.
Areas of specialism
In addition to managing the day to day allocation of work and any needs of the team, Stephanie also runs a small caseload of costs cases covering:
- Bills of Costs
- Replies to Points of Dispute
- Negotiations
- Budgeting to include Precedent H’s and T’s
- Fixed Costs advice and negotiations
Stephanie is a detailed and expeditious lawyer, who is fully determined on achieving the best results for her clients and taking care of the needs of her team. She shows a great deal of commercial awareness thanks to her experience in paying and receiving party costs and understands the importance of client care alongside financial recovery.
In her spare time, Stephanie is a devoted mum and loves nothing more than coming up with recipes her toddler will actually eat. Stephanie spends any spare time on several crochet projects at once, planning her next holiday and being outdoors with her family in local woodland or beaches.
