Sophie Chilstone

Biography

Sophie is a senior associate solicitor based in the firm’s commercial litigation department undertaking work for a national client base.

Sophie graduated from Leeds Beckett University before subsequently completing the postgraduate Legal Practice Course and a Masters in Law at the University of Chester.

Since joining the firm, Sophie has predominantly dealt with all areas of residential landlord and tenant disputes and has extensive experience in dealing with these types of matters.

Sophie specialises in all areas of commercial disputes including:

• All landlord and tenant matters including possession proceedings
• Disrepair disputes
• Rents, service charges and arrears
• Debt recovery
