Sarah is an associate solicitor in our personal injury department. She is highly experienced in civil litigation and specialises in industrial disease.
Sarah commenced her career at Stephensons in April 2010 on a vacation placement whilst studying her law degree at Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne. Sarah graduated with an upper class honors degree in 2011 and joined the clinical negligence department shortly after as a graduate paralegal. She assisted on a wide range of complex clinical negligence cases before commencing a training contract in 2016.
Sarah qualified as a solicitor in March 2018 and has a varied case load of industrial disease and illness claims. Sarah has also assisted on high value RTA claims, CICA claims, occupier’s liability claims and accident at work claims.
In addition to her role as a solicitor, Sarah is the secretary of Stephensons’ corporate social responsibility committee
