Biography
Samantha joined Stephensons in 2012 as an admin assistant in the firm's wills and probate department before transferring to our commercial property team in 2015. Within commercial property, Samantha has progressed to a senior paralegal.
Samantha assists all solicitors in the team with all aspects of commercial property such as:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Landlord and tenant work
- Auction sales and purchases
- Re-finances/re-mortgages
- Residential purchases and sales
Samantha has successfully completed the CILEx level 3 diploma in providing legal services and level 3 certificate in private client practice.
Samantha is supervised by the chairman and head of the commercial property team, David Baybut.
