Biography

Robert joined Stephensons in 2007 as a graduate clerk and progressed to a claims handler in the personal injury department in 2010. In 2017 Robert was made a senior associate of the firm, qualifying as a solicitor on 2019.

Key cases

Robert acted for a client was involved in a road traffic accident, when the client lost control of the vehicle that she was travelling in, due to standing water on the road, causing the vehicle to aquaplane and strike the central barrier. The client incurred extensive injuries, requiring medical evidence from multiple medical experts and financial losses. Settlement was reached, post issue of Court proceedings in the sum of £85,000.

Robert acted for a client who sustained a contusional injury to the right cheek/forehead and a strain to the left knee, following a slipping accident at supermarket.

Robert acted for a child client, who received £12,500 after sustaining an open fracture to the fingertip of his right index finger requiring surgical fixation and nail bed repair, whilst viewing an air raid siren at a Museum.
