Niamh joined Stephensons as a graduate paralegal in the Court of Protection and community care team in May 2025, where she is supervised by Sophie Maloney.
Niamh assists the solicitors in the team with sensitive and often complex Court of Protection and community care cases, including:
Niamh has experience of assisting solicitors in the team on a wide range of issues concerning the capacity and best interests of vulnerable adults, including applications pursuant to s21A and s16 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Niamh graduated from Bangor University in July 2025 with an upper second class (2:1) honours degree in Law with Criminology.
In her free time, Niamh enjoys attending concerts, travelling, and walking her Yorkshire terrier, Paddy.
