Biography
Neil became a senior associate of the firm in 2013, has been a law costs draftsman since 1992 and commenced employment with Stephensons in 2004.
Neil has progressed from a costs draftsman to senior costs draftsman and then to assistant manager of a team which now contains over 20 members of staff. .
Neil deals with many aspects of costs to include detailed assessment hearings, interim costs hearings, legal aid costs, between the parties costs, solicitor client costs and general costs queries. Neil deals with many different types of work to include family law, personal injury, clinical negligence, housing, consumer dispute resolution and commercial cases.
