Biography
Kath was appointed an executive in 2007 and achieved the status of senior associate in 2010 as an acknowledgement of her outstanding contribution to the firm and to the family department.
Kath has worked in the legal profession since leaving college in 1982 and initially joined Stephensons in 1988, working solely in the family department since 1992.
Kath deals with all aspects of family law but specialises in children matters where there is dispute as to residence and/or contact and injunction matters where there is domestic violence. Kath has close links with domestic violence organisations which offer clients help beyond the legal framework.
