Biography
Kerry joined Stephensons in March 2004 as a HR Assistant having already embarked on part time CIPD studies. Whilst gaining valuable experience at Stephensons Kerry qualified in April 2010. Kerry is also a chartered member of the CIPD.
Kerry was one of the first people in the firm to gain a professional qualification outside of the legal teams which is one of many examples of how a career can progress here at Stephensons.
As Head of HR Kerry now leads the HR team in delivering the full spectrum of HR services. She is also responsible for developing and driving the HR strategy with particular emphasis on recruitment and retention and learning and development.
