Biography
Katie is currently completing her SQE preparation as part of her Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship with BPP University. She is expected to qualify as a solicitor in 2028 and currently assists Partner Rachel Benett, working primarily on public law children matters.
Katie began her legal career as a paralegal in 2022 before commencing her apprenticeship shortly afterwards. Since then, she has gained valuable experience across family law, conveyancing and litigation, developing a broad understanding of different areas of legal practice and the legal issues clients may face.
Passionate about family law, Katie is committed to supporting clients through difficult and sensitive circumstances with empathy and professionalism. She takes a client-focused approach and is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for those she assists.
Her commitment and hard work have also been recognised by BPP University, where she was nominated for the Apprentice of the Year award and achieved second place. Katie is known for being approachable, hardworking and driven, and she continues to build her knowledge and experience as she progresses towards qualification.
