Jackie Price

Biography

Jackie is a Partner at Stephensons and a member of the family law department based in our Manchester office.

Jackie has been with the firm since leaving school in 1993. She has studied for her A levels, LLB (Hons) and legal practice course in the evenings at Liverpool John Moore’s University whilst working full time. Jackie qualified as a solicitor in 2003.

Jackie is a member of the Manchester Law Society, a member of the Resolution Committee and a member of the Court Private Law Sub Committee.

Jackie initially practiced in the area of civil litigation and then pursued her interest in family law and has specialised in this area for over ten years. She is able to assist in all aspects of family law following the breakdown of a relationship and during her career has represented parents, children, family members and local authorities at all levels of the family court including the High Court.  Jackie has expertise in complex divorce and children matters including cases involving serious non-accidental injuries, allegations of physical and sexual violence and parental alienation.

Jackie has a reputation for working hard for her clients in order to navigate them through challenging and emotional times and achieving the very best results. She is firm but fair and robust in her representation.

Jackie is a Resolution accredited specialist in domestic abuse and children matters. She is also a Law Society Children Panel Specialist and is one of the few solicitors in the country who holds both accreditations.
