James Fletcher

James is a new business advisor in our residential conveyancing department based in Wigan and is supervised by Michelle Stevens.

James has 6 years’ experience working in customer service with the past 3 years working in the conveyancing sector. 

James’ duties include

Contacting clients and be the first point of contact for their legal conveyancing journey. The tasks within James' role, include but are not limited to the following:

• Contacting new enquiries and creating quotes for legal conveyancing work.
• Opening Files for new clients and assigning them to case managers.
• Assisting the legal team with administration work such as sending the client initial client letters and documents, creating ID checks via the third-party portal and guiding the client through the initial process.
