Biography
Chris it the IT Director at Stephensons. He joined the firm in September 2022 and became Partner in 2025. Since joining Stephensons, Chris has been responsible for a number of significant projects that have benefited the business as a whole, with a view to the ongoing modernisation of our IT systems.
In his role as IT Director, Chris manages the in-house IT team and provides IT support to the departments across all of our offices. As well as this, Chris is the driving force behind Stephensons staying abreast with the latest technology and ensuring that we consistently look to improve our processes wherever possible. Chris and the IT team are based in the Wigan office.
Chris comes from a technical background in IT, with experience in leadership, team management, project implementation, technical strategy and architecture as well as service delivery. Having worked in IT for over 17 years, with 11 years of that experience coming from various positions across internal IT teams within the legal sector. Most recently as the Head of Enterprise Architecture & Security at Slater and Gordon during a period of law firm acquisitions.
