Ciara Greenough
Graduate Paralegal
Ciara joined Stephensons as a Graduate Paralegal in the Court of Protection team in July 2026, where she supports solicitors and partners in managing a broad rang of deputyship and mental capacity matters.
Ciara assists the solicitors in the team with sensitive and often complex Court of Protection matters, including case management, legal drafting, legal funding applications, client communication and court applications, while working closely with vulnerable clients, their families and other professionals.
Before joining Stephensons as a Graduate Paralegal, Ciara gained valuable experience through work experience with Stephensons’ criminal defence department in April 2025, where she observed client interviews, attended Magistrates’ and Crown Court hearings, and gained insight into case preparation and client care. Ciara graduated from Edge Hill University with a First-Class LLB (Hons) Law degree.
In her free time, Ciara enjoys travelling, attending concerts, and reading.
