Amber Walsh
HR Advisor
Amber joined Stephensons in Spring of 2025 as a HR Advisor. As a HR advisor she supports the Head of HR with all generalist HR services including recruitment, employee relations, retention and wellbeing.
Amber started her career as an admin apprentice in the NHS before moving into recruitment as a recruitment consultant. As a recruitment consultant she was drawn to the people aspect and made the jump into HR in 2020. She gained her qualification in People Practice in 2022 and is a foundation member of the CIPD. She has worked in manufacturing and media business before joining Stephensons.
Amber is passionate about supporting employees at all different stages of their career.
Outside of work she is involved in amateur theatre. Enjoys reading and is a big lover of food.
