Stephensons Solicitors LLP has become an early adopter of ultra high-definition 4k video for its website.
Stephensons, who delivers services nationwide from its 10 offices, has launched its latest customer video using the high-definition 4k technology that is set to become huge in the next year.
The video is the latest in a series of web films Stephensons use to highlight support available to people seeking legal advice, all shot by Cheshire-based mmadigital, the online marketing specialists for law firms.
Sarah Boustouller, Partner and Head of Marketing at Stephensons, said: “We believe video to be a crucial communication channel to assist clients and other stakeholders in understanding the services we deliver and how we can help them. This is evidenced by the amount of downloads we have seen for our videos, an increase in time on site and conversion rates. By posting our videos to the second largest search engine You Tube our reach is far extended. We were delighted to be given the opportunity to try the latest technology in the industry.”
Matt Davies, Head of Video at mmadigital, said: “Video content is hugely popular and using video on websites is proven to increase conversion rates. Stephensons has been utilising video for a while now, so it’s great for us to be able to bring 4k technology to the firm’s new videos.
“As broadband and Internet speeds on portable devices increase, the focus will naturally shift to higher quality content. 4K is set to become the norm in 2015 and will replace Blu-ray. With more video being consumed online, it’s definitely the right direction to be going in, so we’re really pleased to be supporting this with a forward-thinking firm like Stephensons.”
