Whiplash injury from car collision - £2,975 settlement
Our personal injury claims handler, Samantha Ord, settled a case for a client who suffered an injury while taking part in a driving lesson.
During the lesson, as the client came to a stop at a roundabout, another vehicle collided with the rear of his car, forcing his car forward onto the roundabout.
In the hours following the accident, the client began to feel pain in his neck, back and shoulders. The next day the client sought medical help where he was diagnosed with whiplash and suffered soft tissue damage to his neck and back. The case was settled for £2,975.
