Personal injury caused by disrepair - £7,875 settlement

Our client suffered a broken leg whilst out walking their pet dog on a section of land owned by a Housing Association at the rear of their property.

Our personal injury solicitors were able to prove that the land was left in disrepair whilst still allowing pedestrians access when it was unsafe to do so. As a result we were able to receive a settlement of £7,875 for our client.

If you have been affected by a similar situation contact our personal injury solicitors for initial advice in relation to your claim, call us on 0333 344 4772 or complete our online personal injury claim form and a member of the team will contact you.
