Personal injury caused by disrepair - £7,875 settlement

Our client suffered a broken leg whilst out walking their pet dog on a section of land owned by a Housing Association at the rear of their property.

Our personal injury solicitors were able to prove that the land was left in disrepair whilst still allowing pedestrians access when it was unsafe to do so. As a result we were able to receive a settlement of £7,875 for our client.
