SignVideo allows BSL users to connect with our team through a qualified interpreter, ensuring clear, comfortable communication from the very first contact. We have partnered with SignVideo to make it easier for BSL users to ask questions, seek advice, and explore their legal options in the language they know best. Whether you are making an initial enquiry or need guidance on your legal matter, help is just a click away.
How to use the service
Using SignVideo is quick and easy. Simply visit our website and click the BSL button located at the top of the page or find us through the SignVideo app directory. You will be instantly connected to a qualified British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter, who will introduce the call and help facilitate the conversation with our team, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout.
Service availability
The service is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. If you try to connect outside these hours, a message will let you know to return during our operating times.
Why this matters
Over 9 million people in the UK are deaf or hard of hearing, and more than 87,000 use British Sign Language as their first or preferred language.
