The national law firm Stephensons has raised over £5,000 in support of Holly’s Hearts, a charity dedicated to providing comfort and memorable experiences to children with life-limiting and terminal conditions.
The total is the result of months of dedicated effort by staff across Stephensons’ offices, who participated in a range of initiatives including sponsored challenges, bake sales, quizzes and a firm-wide charity walk.
Holly’s Hearts was nominated as the firm’s Charity of the Year and funds raised will help the charity continue to deliver experiences that bring moments of joy to children and families facing incredibly difficult circumstances.
Jenny Prince, founder at Holly's Hearts said:
“We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone at Stephensons for their incredible support over the past 12 months. The funds raised have made a real difference — helping us provide gifts for children facing long hospital stays, including iPads and gaming consoles. We've also been able to offer much-needed respite breaks to caravan parks, Center Parcs, and overnight stays at theme parks. Thanks to this generosity, we've gifted tickets to shows such as Wicked, The Wizard of Oz, wrestling events, and pantomimes. And that’s just a glimpse — these vital funds have enabled us to create countless joyful experiences and lasting memories for children and their families during incredibly challenging times.”
